Ability to change Speed Dial solid background color

Today I updated to Opera 60 and now, when I open a new tab, while loading there is a solid background color that use the primary color of the background theme image. In my case, it's an awful green that hurts to look every time I want to open a new tab or after I hit enter to enter a page while in the Speed Dial.
It would be appreciate an option to change it manually.

You could just make an image that is all one colour and set that to be the theme image.
