<![CDATA[Ability to change Speed Dial solid background color]]>Today I updated to Opera 60 and now, when I open a new tab, while loading there is a solid background color that use the primary color of the background theme image. In my case, it's an awful green that hurts to look every time I want to open a new tab or after I hit enter to enter a page while in the Speed Dial.

It would be appreciate an option to change it manually.
