Floating Developer View with console drawer cut off from the window

When inspecting elements, and having the window in floating mode, and open the console drawer, the input field will be partially cut off.
Still visible, but just very annoying to use, which having it docked wouldnt have this issue.
MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports)
macOS Majova Version 10.14.3
Opera version is 60.0.3255.70
