Opera browser beta: monitor icon leads to black screen

Can anybody tell me why when i press the monitor/tablet icon it sends my screen black and i cant get it back.

What's the "monitor/tablet icon" I don't have any icon that looks like a monitor or a tablet. Do you mean the Phone Tablet options in Settings > Appearance > App layout?

Its on the homepage.
Its in a square box and next to it is a square box with a plus sign in it. -

@stevieh That's supposed to take you to the page where you can see and import speed dials from Opera on your other devices. If it's completely blank, that's a bug which you should report.
You should be able to get back to the home screen with the phone's back button

Cant get back as my tablet is completely blank and wont even show the back button.i tried everything and had to wait while my tablets battery went dead.
