Impossible to open any site

Windows 10 home installed and today, after a week of no problems use, i can't open any site. I tried to wipe the chronology, uninstall and reinstall the browser but still no luck. What happens?

Test something really quickly. If you create a new user account on Windows, log into that and try Opera, does it work fine then?

Thanks for your reply, i just realized that the issue was because VPN connection problems....

Yes If you disable the vpn, browsing works!
