Spacing above tabs when i fullscreen a video

If i go into a website then put a video in fullscreen and return to normal mode, it adds this spacing above the tabs.
Examples:
- Normal > http://prntscr.com/nb8l6m
- After fullscreen > http://prntscr.com/nb8ltt
Is there a way to stop this from happening?
