Opera Video Pop-Up Doesn't Work While Playing Game

Hi everyone,
One week ago Opera video pop-up was working while I playing games such as dota, factorio etc. But now while I playing games it keeps playing in the background but the video itself doesn't show up in the game. I cannot bring the video pop-up to game, it stays behind. İs there any solution for this problem ?
