Opera connecting to webcam.

When using sites that require camera, Opera allows me to use my laptops camera. But the additional logitec webcam that is connected that has been given permission to use the default camera on Opera wont pop up as an option or wont turn on.

I have the same issue, settings/advanced/privacy/site settings shows the USB webcam as default, but the website always takes the feed from the laptops own built in cam. This is annoying and should be fixed please.
