My Flow - removing content on the phone does not delete them on your computer

Now I have Opera 58.0.3135.127 in Windows and Opera Touch 1.16.1 on an Android smartphone. The problem began a long time ago. If I send something on my computer to My Flow (text or link) and delete it on my phone, then:

if Opera in the computer was enabled - the content will be deleted in the computer browser.
if Opera in the computer was off - the content removed from the phone will be visible in the computer's My Flow. After manual refresh in Windows Opera is still unchanged.

Today I have removed the computer-telephone connection and made new ones. I immediately checked if it is good and no, there is still the same mistake. Does anyone know how to fix it?
