Scroll Clicking the window or a tab moves the window to second monitor - How do I disable this?

I just transfered over to Opera from being a long time user of Chrome. I use the scroll wheel to close tabs a lot, so it's very frustrating when this button has two functions simultaneously:
1. It closes the tab I'm clicking. (This is what I want)
2. It moves the entire window to my secondary monitor. (This is not what I want)

Is there any way to fix this?
