ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE on any google service

A few days ago I started to get this kind of error...

ERR_ADDRESS_UNREACHABLE on any google service (search, gdrive, gmail, translate, etc...) It's working from Safari and other devices PC and phone, and when the VPN is activated. I don't have a clue why this has happened. I reinstalled Opera and it was the same situation after clean installation (no extensions used). Any suggestions?

Try turning VPN off. I have a similar error when VPN is on. I cannot reach any web page. Post above.
