Opera beta 60 doesnt start, uninstall not possible

Yesterday I had to do a hard shutdown of my windows 10 client.
After the reboot I recognized that Opera beta (60) doesnt starts anymore. I have tried to find a hanging task in the task manager, but there was no opera task at all. Then I installed a new instance of opera. I thought the installation will overwrite the existing one, but the installer installed a new instance of opera in a new folder "60.0.3255.4_0". Then I tried to uninstall the old instance. But the uninstall is not possible because opera.exe is in use.
How is it possible to find out which task still tries to run opera?
