Cannot type into text boxes on some sites esp. coding sites

I started seeing this issue recently. Sometimes I cannot type into text boxes, such as on cpp.sh, or codingame.com, or some other random sites. It doesn't happen always, but most of the time. I saw this issue on two different computers (work and home) in Opera 58.0.3135.79 on Windows 10.
