Opera does not return a registered SSL-certificate error

If there is no SLL-certificate for the site, the browser should return an error net::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID, but Opera shows a window "confirm" blocking event the error. Blow it into the webRequest.onErrorOccurred extension, this breaks the general logic. This is a mistake specifically Opera.

In the new version 58.0.3135.79 (26 feb) everything became good and returns code 499. Topic is closed.

I see this error again, it appears without a pattern, then everything works, then some kind of blocking occurs. This is not funny, remove this module.
