VPN not working

My VPN is not working it just says connecting and doesnt move, why is that? I think it might be from the region, I live in Dubai.

Maybe its because Dubai has some strict cybersecurity rules and regs. I used Ivacy VPN during my 3 months stay in DXB and I had no disconnection issues with it.
