Slow Browser after Windows 10 Installation

It is not exactly an Opera issue, i have that in all browsers, i tested Microsoft Edge, Firefox and Opera.
After removing Windows 10 Home completly and then installing Windows 10 Pro, all my Webbrowsers got slowed down for some reason. They are loading pages very slowly..before reinstalling Windows it took like 1 second or even less for a page to load. Currently it takes around 5-10 seconds for a Page to load. I have 120Mbit/s Download and 10Mbit/s Upload. Speedtests show that everything is fine and also downloading files/games is at normal Speed, only page loading is affected for some reason and i can't figure out why. Also my Hardware is not an issue here.
Only page loading is affected by that, nothing else what so ever!
If anyone had this issue before and knows a solution or something i could try, please let me know!

@theashenone i dunno if this will help - try this - ControlPanel - Internet Options - Connections - LAN and uncheck Auto Detect Settings.. apply and reboot.
no harm done if it does not help..
Note - Auto Detect Settings allows or tells your browser to check the Internet Connection settings for a Proxy setting. If you utilize a Proxy you may want to leave this at default..

@theashenone Can you record the network activity from the developer console?
