Bad render of Ebay images, jumping up and down on hover

when you hover the mouse over any ebay thumbnail, it usually jumps up and down the scroll,
it also happens with chrome,
1366x768 screen, windows 8, last opera version, this problem happens since 2 or 3 years, version is irrelevant.

I used to see this too
but it got fixed ages ago i think
i dont see it now
