Can TAB through Speed Dial Folder entries but canNOT select an entry with ENTER key

When one has a Speed Dial Folder with several entries (more than one), one can use the Tab key to move through the entries, but when focused on a particular entry, the Enter key will not select the entry and open up the webpage for it.

(Windows 7 32-bit system)
