Freezing bar / black bar on bottom when maximazes opera on extend display

Hello, i have strange problem, i try to find solution (on chromium was same problem) but its not use hardware acceleration.
I have two 1920x1200 monitor. on primary there no problem. on extend when i maximized opera in bottom on wide line over unpine sidebar button is black, white or frezen bottom of some site. when i do right click on in open Desktop menu with personalize, display settings, new and other. upper then that line right click works like opera.

It hp ellit workstation with low profile 7410.
