Installing again Opera in Windows 10 but with no bookmarks

Greetings everyone,
I recently formatted my PC so h had to reinstall Opera browser.I am also using it in my Iphone (ios).
The problem is that i sign in the sync in Windows and my bookmarks haven't appeared yet,and in Operas sync website it says that i hace 0 bookmarks.But if i disconnect from my ios device and then reconnect i can find all my bookmarks without a single problem.
What can i do to be able to access my bookmarks from Windows again.

P.S:Before Win10 i was using Windows 7 and i could see them.Also in my account icon in the upper-right corner of the browser a yellow exclamation mark appears.
