Photosynth and reporting issues (Opera 18)

I don't know where to report, so I'll just leave it here.

Opera 18.0.1284.63, Windows XP Pro 32b

1) Having problems with new Photosynth image "panoramas"

I have Windows XP and webGL is probably disabled (according to http://get.webgl.org). I can only see static images, nothing else. However there are videos of those panoramas in Chrome.

2) menu - Help - Find solutions - Report issues. It says "From the menu, select Help > Report an Issue…". But there's no submenu for Help.
How can I report problem on websites? Should I always post to this forum?
