Videos are laggy

My opera next browser all videos are laggy. When I watch video, every 5 10 second video stops for 100ms 200ms and then continiue.I did these to solve

• Clear history and cookies

• Update video drivier

• Update flash player

But these are not sove problem

There is no lag at chrome and video is full buffered.
