Opera Pc Apps Hub has 2 well known apps that are filled with links to malware

driver easy and driver booster are well known apps that are filled with links to malware and drivers that mess your pc up. Why are they being promoted by opera? and why when you click every app does it download fine but these 2 redirect to a HTTP version of website? (not a big deal but still)
Both these apps are well know badware/malware (PC FUBAR) and I know it says Microsoft gold partner on site but all that means is that its been made using Microsoft technology and supports data management. Or put simpler they are on or have been on the Microsoft store and coded using microsoft systems with telemetry (data management) (DMF)
Any explanation as to why these 2 bad bad apps are listed?
