Missing off-line pages upon reinstalation

Opera was giving me problems getting stuck loading pages for about a week and it became unbearable so I uninstalled the app downloaded version 49 .02361 and logged in and found my bookmarks but my off-line pages and speed dials have disappeared . Is there a way to recover them ? I didn't take notes off the previous version of Opera but I keep updates on for everything so I should have had the latest iteration installed.
Running OnePlus 3T , operating system- oxygen 5.06 /android 8.0
