How to bypass cache? - Opera Mini for iOS

Opera Mini is not recognizing that certain cached pages have changed. It just keeps reloading the same outdated content over and over. Clearing cache requires one to delete everything meaning I have to reenter all logins for all sites. How can one force a reload that bypasses the cache?
