Scrolling on Touchscreen

Hi,
i'm using Opera (Version:57.0.3098.76) on Surface Go (W10 Home 64-Bit).
Everything is working fine less scrolling on websites via touchscreen.
It works but it's really lagful. When i scroll "fast" with my finger, it's scrolling. But when i hold my finger on the screen to scroll, it's really lagful. I think the browser means i want to click, not to scroll.

With Edge the scrolling works fine.

Anyone a Idea?
