Opera 21 Opening explorer box not set to always on top

This problem is really annoying, I sometimes upload my files on the net and sometimes I got the window below the browser window and have now way to resurface it on top. Is there any way for it to be always on top?
I've tried alt+tab, using task manager, still not helping at all. Finally I have to end the process and reopen the site again.If anyone have the solution for this I would be very glad to hear it. As for Opera dev I hope this will be a suggestion for future version
