SIMPLE shortcut problem

Hi all, hope someone can help me here.
I have set up a shortcut "click button&switch to next page" in an older version of opera as i need to get through several tabs in milliseconds.
It works for me except I need to repeatedly press my hotkey.
I know when I had a PC it done an autofire for me and repeatedly clicking is a little too slow now.
Is there anyone who can tell me how to get this to work so I can just hold my hotkey down?
