Twitch Stream freezes but audio continues

Hey, I am using Opera 56.0.3051.99 (last update) i have no CPU/RAM issues i can watch 1080p60fps videos smoothly on youtube however twitch streams keeps freezing (not buffering) while audio continues fine, i tried clearing the cache and temp folder etc. and also my adobe is updated, any ideas ? It is totally random feature, sometimes I get it every 30mins, sometimes once per day.

I had no issues on chrome, I moved to Opera around 2 months ago and the issue is there from the begging. But I have the feeling that it is getting worse.

My spec:
8700k
16gb RAM
win7
64bit
windows is up to date

I have the same problem, but what I noticed is that it's not Opera specific. I tried Firefox, Vivaldi, Opera, Edge. Opera uses less resources of them all, but still that bug persists across all this browsers.

Hey, when I was using Chrome, I had no issues of that kind.
