VPN not working

Hi

I cant get the VPN to work at the moment. When I switch it on, it just turns orange, and says "connecting". If I try and change location the only option is "Optimal Location"

I have same problem
i tried to swith off firewall and anti-virus in my Windows 10.
But problem still exist
