Opera html input elements have a shadow sometimes triggered by a hover on random elements of the websites. Happens on all websites.

Shadows -best description I could think of, it sometimes just gives a grey background to 50% of a particular select or element. Gives a checkered pattern on textareas that are dragged big, gets darker the wider and taller you go.
Opera is caching one website in particular, banishing it's styling entirely on mac. I don't have this problem on win10. I use a mac for development at work, so I'd like to use opera, but the bug is preventing me from doing that. I can live with those random shadows, but stylesheets and logos disappearing and wrecking the websites I use is not really acceptable for normal usage..
