Dark Theme?

Not trying to be rude here. What is the purpose of a dark theme if the pages flash white before loading the dark theme? I am talking about the settings page to be exact. I also have a dark theme extension that makes pages dark and it also has the issue of pages flashing white before the dark theme loads. This is a bug related to the browser as it does not happen in Firefox or Chrome.
