Chat message frozen on Facebook, can not remove.

I have one message window that will NOT clear on my Facebook home page when using Opera. When I click on X at upper right, the chat window closes for a second and reappears. Have tried removing cookies, history, reinstalling Opera, Unfriending this person, (with her knowledge) She disappears from my list but the window remains and is still active. Any suggestions?
