Opera becomes partially unresponsive in private window

Hey. I've occured an annoying issue. I've no idea what causes it.
Basically, after using incognito window the upper part of my browser seems to be unresponsive. This doesn't transfer over to non-incognito window, but it does exist between different tabs and it even blocks the Inspect Element. It doesn't however affect the top part of my UI (aka the tabs, site adress etc.). I've turned all my extensions off and the issue still exists. I updated my browser to the newest (complete) version recently.
My OS is Windows 7. Does anyone know what could cause the issue?
