Why is the ChangeLog for 12.17 Unavailable?

I have been trying for some time now to view the 12.17 changelog to no avail. Why is it unavailable? And when do you expect it to be available to users?

Oh there it is! The link at http://www.opera.com/docs/changelogs/windows/ is broken though (it's different).

Yep. That "/unified/" subfolder in the index page's link seems to be the culprit: http://www.opera.com/docs/changelogs/unified/1217/ ... it apparently should simply be "/windows/" instead.

Many thanx! Just took a look. I'll download and install shortly.
I've been with Opera since version 2.x (1996). Sadly, I don't like where they're going with the 'other" version. I'll stay with the 12.x version as long as its supported. I loved Opera its direction and the staff's dedication to giving the user so much control and so many options. I still follow, though rarely post in ElekTrans.
