Opera Sync has duplicated folders

How to retrieve my old bookmarks stored in Opera Sync? Somehow Opera duplicated folders and now I have 2 "Bookmark Bar" folders, where the 1st one is empty and being synced, while the 2nd one is my old bookmark bar which contains all my old bookmarks. Is there any way to delete these newly created folders (Trash Bookmarks, Unsorted Bookmarks, Bookmark Bar etc.) which are empty or remove them from syncing?
