Installer/Updater on Windows 10 and start menu

I removed all tiles from my start menu. Each and every time I update Opera, it automatically adds a tile to the start menu. Can there be a checkbox for this in the updater or installer that this doesn't happen? This way we have the option and people who don't like tiles in their start menu don't have to bother with removing it and people who like it, can have it.
