Dragging images

As of today, I can no longer drag images out of my browser to my desktop nor can I drag images/files from my desktop or Finder into the browser. For instance, I cannot drag and drop images into my gchats, or into the shared server we use for work (as in, I have a PDF on my desktop and can usually drag it right into the browser where the server folder is open, and now I can't). As of yesterday, this was working fine.
