With the constant launch of opera, there is an association of files on the desktop (update icons)!
Why?!
The following actions did not help:
Uninstall completely, download and install the new version;
Cleaned everything and registry;
Do not put extension.Only the program 777 updates the icons (

A user in another thread said that it has to do with the Opera shortcut on the desktop. If you delete it, the problem should go away. Then, I think if you want to add the shortcut back where it doesn't cause the problem, you can goto "C:\Program Files\Opera", right-click on launcher.exe and choose "create shortcut" to create a new shortcut on the desktop.
