What version of Windows? 64-bit or 32-bit? What version of Opera? 64-bit or 32-bit?

In Opera, goto opera://about and take note of the "profile" path. Close Opera, goto that path and delete the "WidevineCdm" folder. Start Opera and goto opera://components. Then, click "update" for widevine. After it's updated, restart Opera and test again.
