Opera does not display any text at all only images

My Opera running in Win 7 Ultimate on a Samsung R530 laptop is not displaying any text at all only images AND to make things worse even Settings shows no text at all. All other browsers viz ie, firefox, chrome & yandex work perfectly. I have tried uninstalling opera using iobit uninstaller and then re-installing but still exactly the same problem returns. Any solutions?!
