Disabled mouse shortcuts but one still works

I have a habit of clicking and right clicking empty space in my browser while doing other things, like watching videos. When I rightclick and quickly leftclick in this empty space it causes the page to refresh. I disabled mouse shortcuts like this but it still happens. It's kind of vexing, please look into it.
