opera is always on top after sometime

I cant fine a solution to this bug, after a while opera is on top and I have to relaunch to work correctly. Does anyone know any fix for this? thank you

What version of Opera? (I noticed Opera developer versions have been acting up like this a bit. Haven't seen it in stable though.)
