Autostart with minimize window Opera

I set up the autorun "Opera" here "shell:startup" with minimizing the window. "Opera" opens, but the window not minimizing. Added "-minimize", "/minimize", "-minimized", "/minimized", "-min", "/min", but that does not help.
This is not provided in the "Opera"?
