Отключение автообновления

У меня 18 версяя и там в опере флагс я включил панель закладок .
В опере 19 (которая уже установится при перезагрузке) панель закладок не работает.
Так вот , как отключить это автообновление?

There is no way to disable autoupdate in Opera 18 or 19 AFAIK.

To enable the Bookmarks Bar, type "opera:flags" in the URL field, then restart Opera and enable it in Settings.

I haveversion 18 and there I turned on opera:flags bookmarks bar.
In Opera 19 (which isalready installedwhen you reboot)the bookmarks bardoes not work.
as if to register the server auto-update hosts file in windows?

Everything turned out. Ticked in the settings and the panel appeared.
