i have a MS Surface Pro 2 tablet...
with 4GB of Ram & Win8.1x64

I like to have many Tabs Open pinned, when is completely Out of Memory...
HardDisc Full, Memory Full, Opera Crashes the same as Chrome,...

what makes Opera superior, is how recovers from the crash, amazing... like magic.
far better than Chrome, looks like brain dead. they added in history a way to recover the tabs, manually.

WhatsApp,
built-in VPN,
Saving web pages as .PDF (would be nice also to save in ePub)
makes Opera the Best Browser in the World, Ever...
