I've posted this before which fell on deaf ears, so here we go again.

The amount of ads inserted into newsfeed is just insane now. I know you have to appease to the new Chinese overlords but this is getting ridiculous. Look at this screenshot I took below, 50% of the real estate is devoted to ads, 50%! Would anybody even visit a site that's composted of 50% ads?

I've been using Opera since it was a paid software, but between it being sold to Chinese company and the insane ads, it's getting harder and harder to continue.

Yea, this is so annoying -.- I hate ads I guess I'll leave opera since these ads annoy me so much, why not just show us the most visited sites instead? Really I'm looking else where. New browser seams the only way to go right now.

@nsx Wow! I had no idea things had devolved to this low point. I suspected when the sale to the Chinese was finalized that things would go south but I had hoped we had a grace period. Evidently not. I've dumped all things Opera and am currently exploring a new way of browsing. In my own case, I've been with Opera since the late 90's. Such a sad evolution for a once proud company.

@coffeelover i think they depend on ads to sustain the project. Even Google Go displays ads once in while.
