Delete sessions/autosave.win in the profile folder. If that doesn't help, delete operaprefs.ini. If that doesn't help reinstall Opera Mail over the top of itself to fix the program files.

Deleting operaprefs.ini will just reset some global mail settings. It won't delete your accounts or anything like that.

Unfortunately, the crash logs don't help as I don't have access to anything to analyze them. Opera Mail was discontinued years ago.

@jaqb said in Opera Mail crashes after startup:

May be is any reason to fix it, may be it is possible to import all messages to another mail client?, If You have any idea to fix it please write me, it is very important for me

Your messages should still be in the "store" folder in the "mail" folder in the local profile folder. "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Opera Mail\Opera Mail\mail\store" for example. In the "store" folder, they're organized by account and then further organized by year, month, day and then message_number.mbs. You can open those in a text editor to see their content.

It's possible to get them back if they're still there. Could you tell me more about your setup though? Where is operamail.exe at? What OS are you using? How many accounts did you have and what type of accounts were they (POP or IMAP or Newsgroup, Newsfeed)? Do you want them back in Opera Mail or do you want to import them in Thunderbird for example?

I fix this problem, I reinstal Opera Mail to another localisation(another folder) and I imported all data. And it works
Thanks for answer, may be it is the reason for fixing this problem fo others users of Opera Mail
