Ad Previews in Facebook Business Manager

This could be a bit niche but i'm hoping someone can help?

Love using Opera for work but when I use Facebook Business Manager, and I go as far as creating ads all I see is a window saying 'mtouch.facebook.com is blocked'.

This wasn't always like this, it's only happened fairly recently and worked previously when ad blocker was running.
So far ive tried turning adblocker off and its still showing this message.
Additionally i've attempted to add all of the following as exceptions;

%7C%7Cbusiness.facebook.com
business.facebook.com
[.]business.facebook.com
[.]facebook.com
[*.]mtouch.facebook.com
mtouch.facebook.com
touch.facebook.com

also ive cleared the cache on this browser.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as im able to see ad previews in other placement formats but this is perhaps the most useful.
