Tap zoom takes me to top of forum pages

I've been using Opera on my phone for a couple of years now. I peruse various sports and cooking websites primarily.
Until recently, tapping to zoom in to a post would simply zoom in to the desired post that I wish to read.
A couple of days ago tapping to zoom began zooming in and returning me to the top of the page, instead of staring on the desired post.
I can't think of any changes I made. I have reinstalled Opera 3 times, hoping it would correct itself. No go there.
Any ideas, suggestions, fixes?Thanks.

The issue is identified and will be fixed in our next release.
Please release the patch ASAP. Browsing is a nightmare now
